Listening to customer requirements is one important aspect of the service which Rapid International are
proud to provide. As a result, customers are purchasing new and improved products from the Rapid range.

Take for example the company Hog Slat Inc, who now have a base in Romania. Hog Slat are producing a full range of pig farming equipment. They are also the recognised leader in manufacturing precast concrete slats. They approached Rapid expressing an interest in the Rapid Mix 20B (see opposite). However not all aspects of this plant suited.

Following several consultations and careful planning it was decided that not only would a new improved 20B benefit the customer but also Rapid would be adding another product to its ever-growing range. Hence, the Rapid Mix 30B was designed and produced.

One of the most obvious differences between the 20B and 30B is its increased output capacity. The 30B is
now capable of producing 35m3 per hour through the Rapid 1000 pan mixer, producing 1m3 of mixed concrete in just under 2 minutes. This is opposed to 25m3 per hour produced by the 20B.

The impressive concrete delivery system on the 30B boasts two conveyors. One of these is used for the
mixed concrete and is located under the mixer platform, delivering concrete to the other forward and reverse conveyor, this feeds two Coote precast machines.
