Rapid International Ltd, global mixing technology manufacturers to the concrete, construction and environmental industries, is restructuring its sales operations within the USA, Canada and Central America due to the retirement of its sales partner, Rapid International USA, Inc, owned and operated by Mr Dennis Bauer and Mr David Thaden.
Dennis and David, together with a dedicated sales and technical support team at Rapid International, USA, Inc, have been our long-standing sales partner in the USA, Canada and Central America. For nearly 25 years, Dennis, David and their team have been a respected source of continuous mixing technology expertise to paving, civil and environmental contractors.
Due to their well-earned retirement, Rapid International USA, Inc, will cease to trade as of September 2019 with Rapid HQ taking over direct control of the North American operations. Post retirement, Dennis and David will continue to act as freelance ambassadors for the Rapid brand in the three regions.
For this reason, Rapid will be restructuring its sales operations, building on the outstanding work of Dennis and David, to further strengthen the sales, technical support and spare parts network. Rapid has been operating in the USA, Canada and Central America for nearly 25 years and is a market leader in mobile continuous mixing technology for concrete, construction and environmental sectors. “Restructuring our already thriving sales network provides us with the opportunity to offer a more streamlined service, while continuing to expand our market share across the regions. All three regions are important mobile continuous mixing machinery markets for Rapid, and they are markets in which we desire to continue to grow.“, says Mr Jarlath Gilmore, Rapid Sales & Marketing Director.

It’s our goal to build stronger and closer connections with these partners, ensuring that they receive direct support from our international headquarters in Northern Ireland.”
The existing arrangement will run until the end of August 2019 and all parties will continue to co-operate as before until the end of the contract term. Full sales and service coverage will continue to be provided in all three territories through the existing dealer structures in place in the regions.
